It is designed to back-expose and main-finish solvent-washable as well as water-washable, polyester-backed, analogue and digital plates up to a size of 132 x 203 cm (52x80 inch) and thickness up to 7 mm (0.276 inches).
The standard version is equipped with a stress-accumulation early-warning-system and may be equipped with optional tools that enable remote-monitoring and remote-diagnostics.
Exposure 132x203cm (52x80")
The Evo 5 E is an exposure unit in size 132 x 203 cm (52 x 80 inch) with a clam shell system and an automatic pneumatic lid with safety belt for accident prevention. This unit offers a high UV output, constant and uniform also thanks to the light integrator which compensates all the UV output variation. The lamp temperature control is regulated automatically and the machine is equipped with fiber optic for lamps failure detection.
This unit complements the Easy to Plate™ system.

This unit is presented with a completely renewed temperature control system. The integrated chiller, along with the new air cooling system for the lamps, as well as the new water cooling system for the exposure table, grant a new level of temperature control precision.
Another convenient solution studied by Vianord is the new control display which can be can be installed either on the left or the right side, according to the customer's preference. The software can memorize up to 24 channels for different plates; which can be stored in the two racks sitated in the machine main body.

Compressed Air Supply
To perform to the best of its possibilities, the system requires a continuous and stable supply of compressed air at a pressure of at least 7 bar (101.5 psi) and not more than 10 bar (145 psi), with pressure dew point 3°C and max. residual intake oil content of < 0.01 mg/m3. Consider also an average consumption of 70 l/hr. The system installation kit includes a 5-meter - Ø 6mm air connecting pipe for push-in fitting.
Working Environment
The system should be installed in a clean, constant-temperature and constant-humidity pre-printing environment with a temperature between 18 and 26°C (64.4 and 78.8°F) and a non-condensing relative humidity in the range of 40 to 60%.
To maintain such environmental standards an efficient heating/cooling and ventilating system may be required.
